Gonna start this one off by saying RIP Clay Matthews Sr.

Right now we are in free agency, waiting for the draft and waiting to see where the remaining free agents will go. How has your team done in free agency so far? What are your expectations from your team in the draft?

As a Vikings fan, I was happy to see them address the offensive line, their biggest need, early in free agency by signing Riley Reiff and Mike Remmers. Reiff had his ups and downs in Detroit, but I think he will be a slight upgrade over Kalil. Remmers has really only had one or two good seasons in his career so I don't know what to expect from him. He could start at RT, opposite Reiff, but I wouldn't be surprised if he was a backup. They still need to replace Fusco at RG, which I imagine they will do in the draft.

also would like to see the Vikings draft a WR unless they feel Treadwell is going to actually contribute this year, or maybe they feel the German kid from the practice squad can play. Other than WR and OL, the offense should be good. Well, they do need one more RB.

Defense could use a DT and they need to find a LB to replace Greenway. They could use a young CB as well. A lot of people want them to draft a safety, but I think Sendejo has held his own the last two years.

Just finished the first draft. I will probably spend 3-4 days editing and moving some things around, so it will probably be finished by the end of the week.

Had some computer issues so this is only a 5 round draft instead of 7.

I didn't know Clay Matthews Sr passed. RIP. That family has produced some pretty amazing football players.

I hate waiting for the season to start after the draft is over. So many months of waiting.
